Appreciative Inquiry-Dialogues Valorisants

CARE International - Burundi (K McIlvaine) Explores a person's experiences of positive change and aspirations to understand his/her stories of change /achievement (agency), in addition to the structures and relationships that have supported or raise barriers in these transformative experiences.

Daily Time Use

Multiple Looks at what tasks and leisure time comprise men’s and women’s days (agency); and how gendered activities are valued, respected or awarded through income;  the exercise can uncover gendered norms and attitudes about men’s/women’s work (structures).

Experiential Workshop on Power
